Description
A very popular island drink that does what it's name says
Ingredients
- 1 oz cream of coconut
- 1 oz orange juice
- 4 oz pineapple juice
- 1 oz rum
- 1 ds nutmeg
Instructions
Pour into a big glass filled with ice and grate fresh nutmeg on top.
Note: Since the cream of coconut usually comes in an 8 oz. can, I usually make these up in a pitcher for my guests. Use the buttons above to up-size the recipe.
Notes
The rum creates "levels" of the Painkiller. One ounce makes it a Painkiller 1, two ounces a Painkiller 2, etc.
Beware the Painkiller 4!
